Breakfast:  slice gluten free pizza
Lunch:  salad w/ egg, turkey, bacon, beets, 1000 island, + pickle
Dinner:  chicken, broccoli
Snack:  -0-
Water:  6 x 16 oz.
Exercise:  short walk
Vit D:  yes
*drove to Sac to pick up daughter

July 28 - Sat
Sleep:  8 hrs.
Breakfast:  eggs, chicken apple minis, summer squash
Lunch: -0-
Dinner:  tri tip, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, cole slaw
Snack:  a few micro dark choc chips
Water: 5 x 16 oz.
Exercise:  short walk/run, gardening
Vit D: yes

July 29 - Sun
Sleep: 8 hrs.
Breakfast:  2 eggs, fresh zucchini & summer squash
Lunch:  -0-
Dinner:  London Broil (Douglas Ranch), red chard, tomatoes, 1 sm glass wine
Snack:  gluten free brownie
Water: 5 x 16oz.
Exercise: 8 mi. bike ride

July 30 - Mon

Breakfast:  2 eggs, broccoli salad

Dinner:  'small plates' @ Christian Michael's Happy Hour :-) ... arichoke hearts + BBQ ribs + 1.5 glass wine

Water: 4 x 16 oz.
Exercise:  short bike ride
