Lunch:  chicken thigh, spinach salad
Dinner:  Back-to-School party:  "Taco Salad" - lettuce, chicken & pork, salsa, balsamic + sm scoop Trader Joe's non dairy strawberry froz dessert (coconut)

Exercise: short bike ride

Aug. 25 - Sat
Sleep: 8 hrs.
Breakfast:  meat omelette, tomatoes + coffee
Lunch:  (after memorial service gathering - Baccio Catering) chicken, try tip, salad, small white wine
Dinner:  2 eggs, V-8 juice
Snack:  almonds
Water: 3 x 16 oz :-(

Lunch:  spinach salad w/ hb egg, dijon dressing
Dinner:  filet burger w/ bacon, grilled onions, squash

Exercise:  bike ride 4.2 mi  (suburban route ...)
