Sleep:  8 hrs
Breakfast:  2 eggs on spinach
Lunch:  1/2 chicken salad
Dinner:  1/2 chicken salad
Snack: almond butter
Water: 5 x 16 oz.
Exercise:  workout, short bike ride

July 21 - Sat
Sleep:  6 hrs
Breakfast:
Lunch:  1/2 Douglas Ranch flat iron steak-yum! and summer squash right out of my garden :-)
Dinner:  --same as lunch-- just as yummy!
Snack: -0-
Water: 6 x 16oz.
Exercise:  Finished the patio!  Yay!   'weights' and cardio (sweeping sand)

July 22 - Sun
Sleep:  8 hrs.
Breakfast:  2 eggs, v-8 juice
Lunch:  small piece flat iron steak, broccoli salad
Dinner:  small piece flat iron steak, broccoli salad, tomato
Snack: -0-
Water: 6 x 16oz.
Exercise:  morning walk, short bike ride

July 23 - Mon
Sleep:  8 hrs.
Breakfast:  Nirvana, coffee
Lunch: chicken, broccoli salad
Dinner:  chicken salad w/ salsa, balsamic
Snack: -0-
Water:  7 .5 x 160z
Exercise:  morning walk, workout

July 24 - Tue

Breakfast:  2 eggs, V8
Lunch:  cobb salad, no cheese (turkey, hb egg, bacon, beets, 1000 island)

Exercise:  swim

July 25 - Wed
Sleep:  8hrs
Breakfast:  chicken
Lunch:  chicken, broccoli
Dinner:  chicken apple sausage, summer squash, sweet potato slices
Snack:  four almonds, spoon almond buttre
Water:  5 x 16oz
Exercise:  workout

July 26 - Thurs
Sleep:  6 hrs.
Breakfast:  2 eggs, summer squash, broccoli
Lunch:  chicken apple sausage, summer squash, sweet potato slices
Dinner:  gluten-free pizza, no cheese w/ chicken & sun dried tomatoes

Exercise:  short morning walk,
